I have an Ancestor named William John Mejury born Abt. 1850s
in Saintfield, Co Down.
Other Family names are Isabella & Hugh.

Hi, I was just Googling for one of my ancestors and found your request for information regarding a William John Mejury. I may have him in my family tree as born Ireland c1842 married to a Helen Allan with at least 6 children including Isabella b1873 and Hugh b1874 living in Glasgow. Isabella’s daughter Margaret Anne married my grandfather’s brother Thomas Walker. Does it sound like the right family? The Mejury name was spelt various ways in the census including McJury, Megury and Mejureay. Regards Lesley

my dad is James mejury and his father was aleaxander and his dad was William mejury and his father was William john mejury there all in my tree on ancestry including helen my 2nd aunt
