Well, well, well!

The Village Well on Fairview has been looking dilapidated for quite some time.  Saintfield Town Regeneration Committee is seeking to restore the well and tidy up the surrounding grassy area.  This project will help to improve the appearance of the village for residents and visitors alike.  Volunteers have come forward who will paint the railings around the well and attend to the grass.  However, as you can see below, it is no understatement to say that the well itself needs some TLC to bring it back to its former glory! 

To this end the Saintfield Town Regeneration Committee is looking for a volunteer with carpentry / joinery / DIY skills to help rejuvenate the well.  If you would like to volunteer to work on the well, or help with the painting and weeding, then please contact STRC via the following email address:
