The Saintfield Development Association will be holding a general meeting on Monday 12th November at 7.30 pm at The Rowallane Hub, 35 Main Street.   Everybody welcome.  Come along and hear what the SDA is doing for your village.

Saintfield came joint third with Hillsborough in the large village category of the 2018 Translink “Ulster in Bloom” competition. Work is in progress at the new grass pitch for Saintfield United Football Club. This should be available for home matches at the start of September 2019. There are some photographs of the old pitch and progress on the new pitch HERE.

The new surface at Saintfield Sports Club is now finished and is already attracting new participants for the men’s and ladies’ hockey club and Saintfield Striders. There are some photographs of the old hockey pitch and new multi-use surface HERE.

Everyone who attended the Saintfield Show at its new location nearer to Saintfield was very impressed with the spacious site.  Put next year’s date in your diary – Saturday 15th June 2019. There are some photographs of the show HERE.
