Preparations For The Road Sweeping Lorry

Members of Saintfield Development Association have been busy over the holiday period dislodging dirt at the sides of roads around the village in advance of the eagerly anticipated arrival of the Down District Council road sweeping lorry.

Downpatrick Street (behind shops) – 2 bags
New Line play park – 1 bag
Old Grand Jury Road – 1 bag
Listooder Road – 1 bag
Crossgar Road – 3 bags

Ballynahinch Road
Listooder Road
Old Grand Jury Road
Crossgar Road
Belfast Road
Windmill Road
Station Road

11 bags of weeds collected on waste ground on Crossgar Road
1 bag of waste gathered at the bus stop on Crossgar Road
