Community Centre Site Unveiled

The Rowallane councillors, DDC Recreation Department Director Michael Lipsett, DDC Clerk of Works John Dumigan and members of Saintfield Development Association at the Belfast Road site purchased by Down District Council for Saintfield’s Community Centre.
