At the heart of the musical offerings over the weekend will be a quintessential classical recital featuring Richard Douglas (Flute) and Nuala Murray (Soprano and Harp) along with Piano and Cello. Both residents of the Saintfield area, Richard and Nuala will treat you to an evening of class and relaxation. Much of the music will be familiar but they hope to introduce you to some beautiful music that you may not have heard. This is a perfect introduction to the world of Chamber Music and in the historical setting of Saintfield Parish Church.
Richard started to play the flute at the age of 9 to play in Ballygowan Concert Flute Band following previous generations of his family into this great local tradition.
