Saintfield Development Association would like to congratulate two local recipients of New Year Honours.
Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)
John Brannigan, a Saintfield resident and erstwhile member of the old Town Committee, has been awarded the MBE for services to policing and to the community.
British Empire Medal (BEM)
Lindsay Hanna, Chairman of Laurelbank Carriage Driving for Disabled Group, has been awarded the BEM for his work with the Riding for the Disabled Association.
