My family and i lived in the old Lodge facing the Drive up to , Saintfield House
where, Col.P.Price and Mrs.N.Price lived during our time in Saintfield, and Mr.N.Woodrow baptised some of my family , and I, at the Parish Church, Both Mr.Mrs.Price,
became our Godparents, I have many Happy memories of both families.

Good luck in setting up, New Website, as i will be very interested,, I loved Saintfield
and the people, so much, and miss it , im glad to see the Main Street hasnt changed
at all, Whenever we get the chance to visit, its always Saintfield i want to see, dont
hesitate to contact me if i can be of help,, i am but a simple peasant , but dont let that put you of….
Thanks for the comments. Next time in Saintfield please visit the new memorial garden at York Island, which commemorates the Battle of Saintfield and those on both sides who died there
